Director, CRM (Salesforce)
In this role you will collaborate with external and internal partners to design customised solutions for different clients to support sales pursuits, ultimately driving new business.
- Deliver excellent client service, whilst maximising results and driving high performance from team members fostering collaboration across business and borders
- Act as functional lead and provide advice on the CRM solution design to clients
- Leverage knowledge of technology and previous experiences to encourage successful sales and create new business relationships
What we look for in you:
- Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or a related discipline (preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience with CRM, Salesforce in particular
- Experience with planning and executing CRM solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in English and Cantonese) with strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills, including development and maintenance of policy processes and templates
