Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
You will manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing the situation candidates to on-boarding new hires. You will be working on local and regional hires, which will include country head levels to global leaders; you will manage the interview process for the assigned job positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and understand their hiring needs. You will need to source and screen high-quality candidates - understanding the requirements thoroughly to look for best fits for the company.
- Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 8-10 years of work experience primarily in areas of recruitment; agency background is preferred
- Banking/ financial industries experience preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work as an individual contributor
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, mature, collaborative, self-driven
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
