Core responsibility:

Define and Build Service Catalogue from scratch
Publish and maintain Service Catalogue
Study existing key ITIL processes - Incident, Service request, Change, Problem and Major Incident Management and define and document Target state key ITIL processes
Measure and report process adherence on ongoing basis
Define measurement framework for SLA/KPI's , Facilitate integration of tools, processes and SLA / KPI's

Required Skills:
Should have implemented Service Catalogue
Should have executed end to end consulting assignment which includes Gap analysis, Process
Definition, implementation road map and auditing
Knowledge on Application Maintenance lifecycle
Experience in interaction with clients - IT and business stakeholders
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Certified ITIL Expert or at least 1 Intermediate modules
At least 2 years experience in ITIL consulting
Assessment/auditing skills
