FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - PART TIME, 20 HOURS

(Preferably 9:00 - 13:00 daily but can be flexible)

IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED!

ROLE:

You will be responsible to oversee company finances using the Xero System, regularly liaising with the company accountant and payroll bureau. You will assist with the following; invoicing (including supplier invoices), banking, payroll, reporting and forecasting. Additionally, you will be accountable for management and PA duties. You will support the director with day to day business administration, including letter and report writing as necessary.

COMPANY: A growing home care company.

PERSON: You should have basic Finance Administration experience. Xero System experience, Excel & Publisher would be an advantage.
