Position Objectives
The ICG AML Analyst assists the ICG AMLCO in coordinating the AML compliance program for the relevant ICG / business in Singapore. 
The ICG AML Analyst reports to the ICG AMLCO and is also expected to support the Country AMLCO in the co-ordinating, implementation and management of the business-specific Regional and Country AML Program and projects, as applicable for the relevant business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform L1 & L2 Compliance advisement reviews for KYC records
  • Advise on name screening dispositions for ICG businesses (excluding Private Bank)
  • Support delivery of KYC related training to local stakeholders
  • Participate in  requirements analysis and UAT for CitiKYC enhancements as well as in evaluating and managing impact of local regulatory changes to the KYC program
  • Advise local stakeholders on KYC and screening related local regulatory requirements for Singapore
  • Coordinates and consolidates timely, complete and accurate MIS / Dashboard reporting of Singapore ICG-specific KYC issues, and any other reports as may be required
  • Keeps abreast of new trends and developments in the field of AML/CTF, as well as of legal / regulatory changes

  • Minimum five (5) year of the working experience with at least (2) years in AML Compliance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Good analytical, process management and implementation skills
  • Good degree from a recognized university in Accountancy, Banking, Business, Economics or Law or Relevant professional qualification in financial services or audit.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AML laws and regulations
  • Familiar with KYC processes and controls
  • Ability to interface and partner with Compliance / AML / Control / Technology / Operations and Business across countries
  • Ability to multi-task and execute tasks with a sense of urgency and with the ultimate goal of delivering tasks on time
  • Independent and works with minimum supervision
  • Proactive execution of priorities and goals
