A successful financial year ahead sees them recruit for an Accounts Administrator.
As an Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and calculating all turnover calculations. You will complete banking summaries for clients and assist with the rent raise process for all portfolios. You will ensure service charge expenditure allocation is correct and post/process adjustments to tenants account and also post/process recharge of recoverable expenditure to tenant's accounts. As part of your role you will also be responsible for any accounting duties necessary to assist with the running of the various portfolios within the team.
Salary & Requirements: £24k plus further benefits including full study support. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate from a red brick university or a school leaver with 12 months of experience within an accounts receivable position.
