Job description 

  • Maps out work processes in different Asian countries on generating documents that our company is required to provide for customers
  • Designs To-Be process for the Global Shared Services (GSS), by collecting and analyzing inputs from user / process owners and other stakeholder
  • Shares and gains acceptance on To-Be process and recommendation with process owners and information technology
  • Designs and builds the GSS in Asia
  • Develops a robust implementation plan for the GSS and ensures its delivery within budget and on time
  • Operates as an effective change manager by ensuring ongoing engagement with stakeholders and impacted staff in a supportive and tactful manner


  •  Degree/ Diploma in Business and relevant project management qualification with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in LEAN/Six Sigma preferred
  • Evidence of successfully developing and implementing business process projects (SCC)
  •  Demonstrated ability to effectively build internal and external relationships which deliver improvements and efficiencies and work across organisational boundaries (i.e. operations, finance, IT and HR) and cultural diversity
  • Able to operate as a self-starter, working independently on own initiative and maintaining the momentum by ensuring delivery of the implementation plan
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and an ability to influence outcomes, with reasoning, persuasion and tact
  • Capability to travel around the region
