Your new job as a temporary Purchase ledger clerk will be to assist the small but friendly finance team for a local property and development organisation in South Cambridge.
Your new role
The role of Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for entering transactions and payments on Sage 50, matching and coding invoices and scheduling supplier payments. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication and organisational capabilities. You will be entering all transactions onto the system, entering payments, ensuring invoices match up to purchase orders and dealing with any invoice queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you must have experience working with a purchase ledger position with a good background in customer service. You must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well with high volumes of workloads.
