Bracknell based, this organisation is recruiting for an interim Payroll Supervisor/Payroll Manager to assist a busy Payroll team. Parking is available onsite.
Your new role
Your role will include start to finish processing of a monthly payroll consisting of over 4000 staff. The payroll is complex and will require day to day management of the payroll team. Processing of the payroll will include reconciliations, RTI reporting, auto enrolment, statutory and voluntary deductions and delivery of output.
The role will also be responsible for ensuring policy, legal and financial requirements will be adhered too. The role will also include meeting with internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining and implementing up to date knowledge in relation to the Payroll will be expected within the role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have previous experience of Payroll Management. You will be confident in managing staff, the role requires experience of Not-for-profit/Public Sector experience and or a proficiency in iTrent (payroll system). You will also be immediately available to start the role.
