Your new company
You will be joining a globally recognised events company based in St Paul's, the company has just opened 2 new offices one in Manchester and one in Edinburgh. Due to market growth they are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant who has experience within the private sector. You will be answering into the Finance Manager and working in a team of 10.
Your new role
As the Accounts Assistant you will be managing both sides of the ledger, you will be conducting bank reconciliations and processing invoices. You will be raising invoices and chasing payments. You will be liaising with suppliers and answering queries. You will have good communicative skills and the ability to work independently.
What you'll need to succeed
-You will have a finance degree
-You will be studying CIMA - ACCA - AAT
-You will have been an accounts payable or receivable in your last role
-You will be used to processing high volumes of invoices
-You will have used SAGE,SAP,SUN,ORACLE
-You will be Immediately available as the client are looking to fill the role immediately.
