Trade Support Analyst
Financial Reporting Specialist

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division within State Street Corporation establishes and maintains appropriate risk management policies, guidelines and limits, and assists executive and business-level management with minimizing operational, credit, legal, regulatory, reputational and other risks to the company. Responsibilities involve- Preprocess of all holdings data and enriching with Security Master attributes; Perform daily reconciliations on a range of data and risk analytics; Understanding of Value-at-Risk methods, sensitivity measures and Stress Testing techniques .
Investment Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring compliance results on client portfolios related to Regulatory and Investment Manager (IM) mandates. Utilizing State Street’s Investment Compliance & Reporting platform, the qualified candidate will complete the research, analysis and reporting to ensure portfolios are in compliance with their investment restrictions. Responsibilities involve- Investigate violations on the automated compliance monitoring system; Compare and confirm accuracy of fund data as it appears in the system.
Financial Accountant performs the accounting processes that may include [but is not limited to]: accounting documents processing, journal processing, payments preparation, account reconciliation, preparation and verification of the reports, performing other projects as assigned etc. Responsibilities involve
Financial Analyst converts data into information [followed by required analyses] that may include amongst others: analyzing financial information to produce month end projections, analyzing variances and providing explanations, gathering data to produce various MIS greenbook reports, gathering data and preparing Client Profitability reporting, performing various other Ad-hoc analysis, etc.
The team in Poland supports Collateral Services, Frankfurt team in the execution of the various tasks and processes involved in providing services to around 35 clients. The client’s portfolios include a range of underlying transactions (OTC, Security Lending etc). The service that is provided ensures all clients are fully collateralized on a day to day basis with their trading partners (counterparts) in each active agreement.
Trade Support Analyst-
Servicing all aspects of trade confirmation processing and settlement instruction creation and dispatch across multiple products traded on behalf of London administered client accounts . Products include Equities/Fixed Income/Cash/Foreign Exchange/Unitised Funds and securitized derivatives of the same . Ensure that all trades are confirmed within predetermined timeframes and that all relevant deadlines are adhered to in the processing and instructing of transactions for each product. This will be accomplished by working closely with brokers, custodians, fund accountants, various internal stakeholders and other third parties
Reporting to the Data Management Team Manager in Krakow, the successful candidate will be required to become a subject matter expert in this data infrastructure. The role will involve a combination of project based work and support for day to day operations. Working with the IT, financial engineering and product teams (primarily based in New York and Dublin) to suggest and implement improvements to data processes, provide business specifications and perform user acceptance testing.
Financial Reporting Specialist
The Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for preparing financial statements for annual and interim cycle. They also prepare and complete first draft of audited annual and unaudited interim financial statements from trial balance, including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Schedule of Investments, notes to financial statements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, economics, Mathematics or any degree related to Finance, accounting and economics
- Relevant work experience preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills and analytical skills
- Basic MS Excel skills
