Our client is an established asset management house renowned for its diversified investment management services and products to high net worth individuals, financial intermediaries and institutional clients. They are now seeking a Relationship Manager to join their Institutional Business Team.
Perform day-to-day activities for maintaining and enhancing relationship with MPF and pension clients for account and revenue retention as well as achievement of related business objectives. Responding to enquiries and gain good understanding of clients' needs and initiate activities that enhance relationships. Support in sales activities including client meetings, preparation of materials, scheme roll-out and continual cross-selling opportunities. Work closely with sales, marketing, product specialists, portfolio managers and support services to achieve overall quality service experiences of clients. Schedule, prepare and conduct briefings for clients including those of ORSO and MPF schemes. Contribute in various client relations platform projects and initiatives, including new marketing materials, regular newsletters and launch of web functions.
To qualify, you must be a university graduate with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. License with MPFA on MPF Intermediaries and SFC as Investment representative preferred. Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin. Excellent customer service attitude and handling skills. Good skills in managing corporate relationships. Good knowledge of investments. Experience in public speaking and presentation.
