Overview of role:

  • Work directly with Finance, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risks, IT and Front Office team to deliver project or resolving cross functional issues 
  • Work across multiple key projects including infrastructure changes, business expansion, regulatory compliance and new business / products 
  • Assist in delivering and implementing the governance structure for Singapore entities and Singapore management team 


Project Management 

  • Plan and coordinate projects 
  • Translate high-level objectives and targets into a work plan and action items 
  • Track the status of the projects and manage issues and risks 
  • Work with project team members and relevant functions towards delivering the project objectives 

Business Analysis 

  • Analyse the current processes, financials, operating structure, vendors and infrastructure 
  • Develop vision for the target operating model, processes and infrastructure 
  • Prepare project deliverables which may include business requirements document, UAT test cases, data cleansing, RFP, mapping tables, financial models 

Change Management 

  • Leverage existing relationships with key stakeholders to drive change 
  • Prepare presentations and business cases for communication or decision making 
  • Facilitate agreement between multiple stakeholders


  • Be involved in the design and implementation of the governance structure with Compliance, Legal and Senior Management 
  • Work with the relevant functions e.g. Finance, Operations to design and consolidate relevant metrics (KPIs, KRIs) for Senior Management oversight
  • Work with the relevant functions e.g. Finance, Operations, Risks, Compliance and Senior Management to establish governance framework on delegation of authority, escalation framework to implement a legal entity control team 

    Other Support 
  • Manage the logistics (non-IT infrastructure) changes to support the new target operating model (including but not limited to working with HR and IT on resource on-boarding and relocation arrangements) 
  • Acting as key central coordinator and facilitator in resolving issues related to projects 
  • Ad-hoc support to the team on project status updates


  • Minimum 7 years' experience within a change/project management position or audit/consultancy background coupled with risk, controls or governance background 
  • Have strong sense of responsibility and willing to go above and beyond expectations 
  • Self-starter, proactive and have a positive attitude 
  • Willingness to be “hands on” in delivering objectives and project in a timely manner. 
  • Is a strong problem solver and communicator 
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with key stakeholders within the firm 
  • Have good written / verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Able to multi-task, well-organized, work in a fast paced environment, and under pressure 
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
