Position Purpose

The role seeks to replace existing incumbent who is transferring internally to another team

The core scope of the role serves to handle projects within Process & Organization Team from an internal consultancy & project management point

The role consist of a partial segment on assisting the COO of BNP Paribas ITO Corporate Banking APAC to administration tasks as and when required

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the COO for ITO CB APAC via the following:
    • Arrangement of meetings day-to-day and during business travel (also providing support to his 6 deputies as-and-when required)
    • Seeing to travel arrangements
    • Assisting with the claiming of expenses
    • Organization of agenda for VIP visits to SG (also taking care of access card and related requests)
    • Assist in office restack projects
    • Any other tasks/topics assigned
  • Support transversal APAC Projects & Change team with:
    • Assisting the production of the monthly CB dashboards (cash, trade, cf)
    • Coordinate and support monthly team meetings
    • Support the onboarding process of new comers (arranging laptop/email etc.)
    • Administrative activities including T&E, updating team's SharePoint
    • Any other support tasks (booking VC/meeting rooms etc.)
  • Undertake assignment for APAC PMO team:
  • The Project Office is a transversal team supporting and reporting on the ITO Corporate Banking activities in APAC.
  • Our main responsibilities are:
    • To coordinate the yearly forecast and budget exercise across APAC
    • To monitor closely the expenses and recruitments against the budget
    • To track the Projects Portfolio KPIs and highlight any project at risk, delayed or over-budget
  • This role will look into PMO related assignments e.g identification of cost savings opportunities such as review of T&E approval process and costs, and other transversal topics like communications.
