Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive diary management of 2 members of Senior Management
  • Travel coordination - flight schedules, accommodation and visas
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks including printing, filing and data entry
  • Update SalesForce with new contact information
  • Arrange catering for the office Friday lunch and other meetings
  • Purchase office items on an ad hoc basis
  • Foster a positive team culture by building relationships with staff
  • Assist the office manager with greeting visitors, answering telephones and setting up meeting rooms and video conferences
  • Work with other Asia-Pacific Admin team members and provide cover during leave
  • Support visiting international employees with necessary travel & diary arrangements

 

Requirements:

  • Approx. 3+ years' of previous administrative experience within financial services or the corporate sector
  • Previous experience with international travel arrangements and diary management
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Good communication skills, particularly with regards to telephone and email
  • Outgoing “can-do” attitude 
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
