Job Description

Role- Reports into Senior manager Recovery and Resolution Planning
Role Scope- Recovery, Resolution Planning, IWST and relevant scopes eg Capital, Liquidity

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Recovery Plan

* Interpret the regulatory requirements from the local regulator and Group Regulators
* Construct of the Country recovery plan for the SG entities
* Plan for a full blown fire drill in line with the Regulatory requirements
* Recalibration of Recovery indictors in compliance with the Relevant policies and procedures
* Conduct stress scenarios analysis for trigger of Management actions

Resolution plan

* Interpret the regulatory requirements from the local regulator and Group Regulators
* Gap analysis of the MAS requirements vis a vis PRA requirements.
* Support on Determination of approaches to determine the various critical components for Material entities, Critical shared services, Critical functions etc
* Detailed and granular level of data collation through wide stakeholder engagement from across the Bank, business functions and related entities
* Support on Engagement with the Group and SG senior management driving support and governance around the regulatory submission
* Support on engagement with MAS on specific queries and driving the conversations on approaches and results of the approaches

IWST ( Industry Wide Stress Testing analysis)

* Assess and collect data against MAS requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy
* Data collation and data quality check
* Support in buildup of stress assumptions and designing of required templates for data collection
* Consolidated data into MAS's prescribed format.
* Deep dive analysis to explain any irregularities in trending over current and past year data
* Prepared ALCO and ERC decks for internal approval
* Prepared final submissions to MAS

Qualifications and Skills

* Strong knowledge of the Recovery and resolution regulations
* Built trustworthy relationship with a wide variety of SCB stakeholders
* Good understanding of an FI ( multinational Bank) infrastructure and ability to summarize into the Regulatory Resolution packs submissions
* A Proven track record of commitment, quality delivery and value add
