Pre-sales Consultant - Azure & Office 365
- Drive the win rate within assigned Microsoft Azure opportunities through the technical sales engagements (Technical Briefings, Trials, POCs, Architectural Design Sessions, etc.)
- Deliver persuasive presentations to technical decision makers and a strong commitment to customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Leverage reference wins, including competitive ones that can be leveraged in future sales engagements.
- Manage escalations to local sales management to request critical support to secure wins.
- Contribute to the engagement and readiness of partners who can help the business to scale in capacity.
- 2+ Years of directly relevant technical sales experience
- Understand the online roadmap and changes to the solution offerings
- Determine ways to work around or eliminate technical blockers to adoption
- Determine methods of integration between on premise and cloud solutions to meet customer requirements
- Understand the security approaches and customer concerns around a cloud architecture
- Should have, and be able to demonstrate, creative, written, and verbal communication skills.
