We are looking for a senior professional to join our business implementation team in Singapore as a deputy team head. This individual will work closely with various operational and commercial teams within Partners Group to scope, design, develop and implement solutions for our clients and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptually solve and implement solutions for a broad range of operational challenges relating to Partners Group's operational product and investment administration platform
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with our investment, legal and transaction services and operational teams to assess operational feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Interact with our structuring team to design operational solutions for our clients
  • Liaise with external auditors on an ongoing basis in order to discuss reporting impact of operational solutions
  • Closely coordinate work with the team head in Switzerland
  • Oversee implementation of solutions carried out by junior team member
  • Ensure information is updated on a timely basis in our various systems
  • Educate, guide and support internal operational teams (especially product accounting teams) on the implementation of solutions

Requirements:

  • Accounting/Finance degree with at least seven years of experience
  • Experience within the financial/private markets industry, with exposure to complex operational matters and project management and prior interaction with third party administrators/administrators
  • Working knowledge of IFRS (additional reporting standards are a plus)
  • Practical experience in audit, investment administration and/or structuring related areas would be an advantage
  • You are determined to make a remarkable long-term contribution in a leading private markets investment management firm
  • Flair for numbers and systems as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Capability of working accurately, efficiently and independently even under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to assess a situation and find a pragmatic, operationally feasible and efficient solution
  • Ability to work with different teams across various jurisdictions/time zones, and argue in a convincing manner
  • You are well organized, eager to learn and a good team player
