With a premium brand name in the private banking sector, this is a newly created role to drive strategic transformation change agendas in the region.
Reporting to the CEO/COO, your team will initiate, drive and steer strategic transformation programs and manage change management initiatives. You partner with senior management in shaping and scoping the change initiatives and projects to improve effectiveness and operational efficiencies. Projects will span across functions from front office bankers, products to operating infrastructure platforms. You also develop engagement and communication plan to influence stakeholders and manage transformation on the ground.
Strong academic results with MBA preferred. Candidates with management and strategy consulting experience will be preferred. Proven track record in leading a team. Strong project management experience with demonstrated track record in leading business process reengineering and transformation for Private Banks. You have strong analytical skills, commercial judgement, and excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
