Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior credit risk / team leader to join a well respected and growing business. You will be joining a challenging but friendly finance team where you will oversee the vetting and monitoring functions of the Credit Risk Team which will have 4-5 team members. This position will suit someone from a senior position who is looking to take a step up in their career and become a team leader.

Description
Your duties will include but not limited to -
- Accountable for Country and team level performance, including efficiency, effectiveness and internal stakeholder relationships
- Responsible for underwriting all applications, assessing and measuring the risk of extending Credit to all applicants.
- Country Credit Policy audit reviews - bad debt analysis
- Assist Credit Managers with delivering new ideas & solutions to improve customer experience and team productivity
- Monitoring high risk customers and management of exposure position
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all Credit teams, Sales teams and CM Teams
- Monitoring Customers spend against their authorised Credit limits
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience as senior analyst or a team leader position - Essential
- Knowledge of underwriting in European Countries in a B2B environment- Essential
- Experience of managing key account relationships - Essential
- A strong influence who can get the best out of people - Essential
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload - Essential
- Excellent communications skills - Essential
- Good organisation and problem solving skills - Essential
