This is a Finance Business Partner style role that will be co-located with 50% of time spent in the region.
Your new company
My client is a class leading Care Home provider who works across four counties with the Head Office based in Witney. It has a turnover of approx £120 Million per annum.
Your new role
Responsible to the Head of Operational Finance, with a dotted reporting line to the Assistant Operations Director, to provide comprehensive business partnering and therefore support and constructively challenge operations to drive business performance & efficiencies in the region. Preparation and reporting of the Management Accounts, and other financial and statistical data for the region and utilising trends and information within them to understand and improve the financial performance of the region. Responsible for delivery of effective financial management, control and advisory support.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications:
Recognised Accounting Qualification or in final stages of training
Previous experience in a medium sized company and management position
Knowledge & Experience:
Evidence of continued professional development
Evidence of up to date knowledge of accounting standards
Led and developed a strong finance team of 1+ persons, and in multi-site environment
Extensive experience of preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, annual budgets and forecasts
Demonstrable experience of business partnering and adding commercial value to an organisation
Training and development of team and non-finance colleagues
Skills and Abilities:

Microsoft Office
Medium size accounting software suites
Knowledge of current accounting and reporting standards
Ability to meet Job Requirements:
Meets legislative requirements governing the right to work in the UK;
Evidence of wishing to develop skills
Willingness to travel to visit homes
Fluent in English;
Willing to attend meetings and training in other Trust locations during office hours;
Occasional overnight stays where required.
Full driving licence
