Our client, a well known business, are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their Accountancy Team in Cobham.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applying mark-ups to proposals as per pricing policy.
  • Raising Sales invoices.
  • Inputting purchase invoices and purchase orders on to Sage.
  • Preparing orders to send out to suppliers and managing the follow ups to these orders.
  • Dealing with supplier queries.
  • Stationery ordering.
  • Filing of invoice and organising the post.
  • Processing staff expenses.
  • Other adhoc admin duties.

Profile

Successful Candidate:

  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong organisational & prioritisation skills.
  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal.
