Credit Control (Finance Assistant) £23,000 - £25,500 Monday to Friday - 35 hour week - 9am-5pm 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Rural Maidstone Interviews Friday 15th November 2019 We are working in partnership with a marketing-leading manufacturing company in the Maidstone area who are looking for a Finance Assistant to focus on the Credit Control within the team. This is a key role to the business, and they are looking for someone who will fit in to the relaxed, "family feel" of the team and wants a long-term career with a company who value and reward their staff. The duties for this Credit Control / Finance Assistant role will include but not be limited to: Maintaining the Sales Ledger, setting up new accounts and ensuring payments are received Posting in their in-house ERP system including reconciling between the bank statement and the ERP Carrying out weekly monthly posting of the company credit card Helping to support the processing of employee expenses and managing petty cash Providing absence cover for Purchase Ledger duties if requiredThe successful Credit Control / Finance Assistant will have/ be: Excellent communication skills An organised, methodical, process driven individual Good IT skills - including Excel A hardworking, "can do" attitude to ensure the job gets doneYou will be available to interview with my client Friday 15th November 2019 (upon a successful interview with me in our office in Ryarsh - out of work hours / off site options available) Netbox Recruitment are an equal opportunities employer acting as a recruitment agency for the attraction and selection of talented individuals for this position.
