Adecco are looking for a Credit Controller to join the Accounts Receivable team within our client based in Bournemouth. The Accounts Receivable team manage credit risk and invoice payment. The team are responsible for payment targets such as DSO, Payscore, Risk Money, compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to: Own the collection process for a number of UK customer accounts Managing the ledger action plan for customers > 15 days and > 30 days overdue Managing credit card payments over the phone Outgoing calls to chase customers for overdue payments Query management, liaise with Customers, customer service and sales Manage customer dunning process Cash payment and account reconciliation Internal control checks Chase customers for Remittance advices Own & manage customer deductions Issue copy invoices Own Payscore, DSO and Risk Money for your customers The ideal fit: Credit Control experience is essential Attention to detail and having clear action plans Excellent time management Providing customers with excellent customer service Decision making around risk and the release of new orders Handling a fast paced business and working under pressure Excellent communication skills Able to work with a diverse range of both internal and external partners Experience of SAP is desirable but not essential and can be trained If you have the relevant experience and are available for a temporary contract that could be extended for a maximum of 12 months then please get in touch to discuss.
