Reed Accountancy are currently supporting a local client on the outskirts of Reading seeking a strong Accounts Assistant to join their busy and supportive team on a full time permanent basis. Working alongside a Finance Manager, my client is seeking a candidate with experience within an accounts role, with duties which include but are not limited too: Matching goods received notes and purchase orders to invoices and ensure details on the invoice are accurate. Coding Invoices Entering Invoices onto the system Payment runs Cash Allocation Filing of invoices Adhoc duties This is a great chance to join a family run business, where you can utilise your existing accounts skills alongside learning and developing your knowledge of their industry. Hours for this role at 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. Due to the location of the business you will need to be a driver as the office is not located close to public transport links.
