Our client is a high profile fintech offering a unique payment solution to their customers.They are looking to expand their team and hire an experienced Risk Manager to work closely with the compliance team. You will manage the risk assessments and make sure actions and policies are implemented in an efficient manner. RESPONSIBILITIES ? E nsure Risk Assessments are undertaken regularly and that outcomes are documented appropriately ? Conducting detailed risk analysis across all areas of the business and ensuring these are appropriately documented ? Reviewing where required and preparing various risk related policies and procedures across the business ? Support the Compliance Officerto collate reports on the risks faced by the business ? Prepare minutes for and follow-up on any actions defined as part of Risk Committee REQUIREMENTS ? You will have proven commercial Risk experience within a bank or other financial institution related to eMoney, Credit or Payments ? Strong knowledge across all risk disciplines and understanding of operating a risk and control framework in an FCA regulated business ? Demonstrable regulatory knowledge relevant to the role is essential ? Enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment within a growing business ? Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory - other languages are a plus (Polish, German, Italian, French, Spanish, or other European Language)
