Communicate are working with a small media and advertising company in the City to place their Group Finance Director. Our client is a £100m turnover owner-managed business who are looking to go through an IPO over the next year. This is an exciting time in the companies' trajectory and you will be joining an experienced and highly skilled team through a crucial point in the timeline. This role is a true 1 finance position reporting directly into the founders, so the ideal candidate will be someone who has had the experience of working as an FD/CFO before. Our client is eager to bring in an individual who has had exposure to the media and advertising space before. They are happy to consider candidates who have come from a listed and/or owner-managed environment before, and experience of seeing an IPO end-to-end is an added bonus.
