Responsibilities include: management and leadership of the finance team and liaison with the board, division and subsidiary management. management of management and statutory reporting group reporting and consolidation business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, analysis participation in monthly management meetings tax THE CANDIDATE Candidates will need strong technical and commercial experience in a senior finance / finance director position, ideally in the media or technology sectors. You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally chartered, ACA /CA with a good academic background.
