Credit Controller £18,000 competitive bonus structure We are partnering with a UK award winning corporation to recruit for a Credit Controller to join the team. With no experience necessary, just the right 'can-do' attitude, this is the perfect role for someone looking to take the next step in their career. What will you do? Liaise over the telephone business to business to ensure that all outstanding invoice queries are resolved Making sure that the resolutions are noted accurately in the customer management system Assist in the collection of overdue debt and in accordance to payment terms To review credit limits up to £20,000 Pre-chase debt to ensure it is ready for payment when it falls due Ensuring overdue letters (dunning) are sent out in line with the monthly timetable Monitor and ensure accounts are placed on stop when they remain unpaid Invoice queries are received and registered with the Dispute Team for resolution. Once resolved, to follow up on the collection of the overdue balance. Where risk of non-payment exists with customers to take all reasonable actions to minimise further potential loss to the company and communicate these actions to the line manager Contribute to the achievement of monthly cash collection targets, bad debt/provision targets What's in it for you?
