We are working with a Big 4 Firm who is keen to make an additional hire at Manager level to work with their fast paced M&A Tax team. This transaction tax team offers quite a unique set up where all the transaction specialists; corporate, private equity, restructuring and fund management can work across departments and have access to greater opportunities. With a strong global presence you are offered the chance to work across many industry sectors in networks across the world as well as being given the chance to work on global secondments in the New York office. This is a role for an experienced Tax Manager within transaction tax, who is commercially astute and a motivated team member, including motivating and supporting junior staff members. We are looking at qualified (CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent) transaction tax professionals, who are commercially minded, have a flare for problem solving and are keen to build on their advisory experience.
