I'm recruiting exclusive for a great client of mine based in Basildon, who are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance. This is a brand new role, created due to expansion and the ideal applicant must have work within a ledger department previously. The role will encompass the following: - Process cheques, BACS, DD and SO payments - Bank statement reconciliations - Maintain Nominal Ledger spreadsheet - Matching, batching and coding - Allocating payments - Reconcile supplier statements - Maintain petty cash Due to location, you must have access to you own transport.
