We are seeking an experienced Accounts payable clerk to join a well know retail brand on a permanent basis. Job duties: Processing stock and non-stock invoices including multicurrency (Euros, Dollars etc) Arranging payment for invoices Prepaying monthly payment runs BACS payment Prepare monthly Supplier statement reconciliations and liaise with supplier to resolve discrepancies Business partner with internal employees to improve efficiency of the Accounts Payable process Assist the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks Successful candidates must have: Have solid accounts payable experience in a fast-paced retail environment Proven experience dealing with multi-currency SAP experience is desired but not essential Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, V- lookups) Salary - £25,000 By Applying to this advert you consent to the following use of your Data: The storage & use of candidate data & CVs for recruitment processes; including sharing their employment details & CV with our client partners.
