Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location:
Shoreham By Sea Hourly rate: £19k - £20k Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm Have you got purchase ledger experience and want to work in vibrant and friendly working environment?

Responsibilities:
Ensure creditors are paid according to terms Processing invoices Assisting with the payment run Setting up supplier accounts Handling any purchase enquiries Ensure the accuracy of the purchase ledger Assist in elements of sales ledger inclusive of invoicing Ensure VAT compliance Maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers Ensure invoices/credits and expenses are correctly entered The right candidate will have the following skills and experience: Proven purchase ledger experience Knowledge of Sage 200 with excellent Excel skills Attention to detail Ideally AAT qualified This is a great opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast paced working environment that offers great training and career progression.
