Background: We are working with an established hospitality business in the Covent Garden area in London who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of a small finance team. The Role: - Process all supplier invoices and credit notes ensuring the correct allocation to the P&L - Obtain invoice authorisation - Set-up (for all new suppliers) purchase ledger (PL) record and maintain all new and existing records - Reconcile the system PL accounts to the externally generated supplier statements on a monthly basis - First point of contact with suppliers on all PL account matters. - Process the month end supplier (BACS) payment run - Adhoc duties About You: - Experience in similar Accounts Payable role - AAT Progress - Very strong communication skills - Self-motivated
