What you'll be doing: Daily purchasing of auction vehicles sent by the auction purchasing team and creating the supplier payments on the system Reconciling of purchased vehicle to the relevant supplier payment Daily funding and reporting of the available vehicles whilst following the funding criteria Maintenance of the auction spreadsheet for purchasing and funding requirements Collection and email to site, purchase invoices and proofs of payments for stock audits Regular and adhoc additional reporting requirements Extraction/compilation of data using excel Strictly adhere to all Group Policies and Procedures Ensure compliance with HMRC and VAT requirements The successful candidate will require the following: Ability to question current processes & identify and propose efficiency improvements Positive attitude, able to adapt to working at all levels Calm, organised approach, with ability to manage workload within demanding deadlines Candidates with motor trade experience or who have used Kerridge in the past will have a strong advantage About us CarShop aims to be the employer of choice within the motor retail industry.
