Business Planning & Treasury Manager/Head of Treasury Aylesbury £60,000-£68,000 Per Annum, depending on experience Plus £3,500 Car allowance Full time - 37 hours per week Permanent The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is a 'not-for-profit' registered provider of affordable housing for people living and working in Aylesbury and the surrounding area. One of the area's leading affordable housing providers, we currently own and are responsible for in excess of 7,500 homes, 16 supported housing schemes, 129 shared ownership properties and over 1,500 garages. Our future strategy includes an increased development programme to around 300 units per annum, the implementation of a group structure enabling development for market sale, as well as a continued focus on services that meet the needs of our diverse customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team and help us to grow, and increase our significant social and economic contribution to our communities. This is a senior role, reporting into the Executive Director of Finance & Resources, and is responsible for providing a comprehensive treasury and business planning service to the Group. As the Business Planning & Treasury Manager, you will lead on the production of the Group's long term business plans, evaluating opportunities for financing future developments, whilst managing cash flow, liquidity and ensuring effective risk control through scenario planning and stress testing. A key responsibility of this role is to build and maintain productive relationships with banks, investors and other key stakeholders; helping to drive the Group forward so that we can achieve our ambitious plans for the future.
