Birmingham, UK Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary : c£40-49k DOE Package Description : Annual bonus based on company and individual performance Private medical and international travel insurance (after 6 months from joining) Full on-the-job training Laptop and company mobile phone. Position eligible for Tier-2 sponsorship Purpose of the Senior Internal Auditor / Senior Internal Control & Quality Assurance Officer : Provision of a high-quality dealing service using two base currencies (GBP and EUR) to support the company's expanding worldwide remittance business. Providing highly competitive remittance rates across multiple corridors, whilst maximizing margin. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the company makes optimal use of its working capital. Responsibilities:
 Foreign Exchange Identify FX requirements and execute FX trades with external parties Closely monitor competitors' activity on a daily basis and provide market-leading remittance rates Assist in monitoring the foreign exchange position of the company, ensuring that no unauthori s ed currency positions arise and that the company's policies are followed Analyse and advise on information concerning foreign exchange market trends Further develop foreign exchange mechanisms within the company's system Make recommendation to Head of Sales, Head of Finance and COO based on market data on a regular basis  Cash Management Ensure that cash is positioned to maximi s e liquidity and meet operational business requirements Drive cash repatriation activities and compliance with treasury policy Advise Head of Sales about cash positions to push collections  Electronic Banking Initiate electronic banking system administration across various banking platforms, ensuring that all users are provided with appropriate access and segregation of duties is maintained Assist in maintaining and developing banking relationships on a corporate and operational level Coach and develop deal and funds team, encouraging the sharing and development of ideas to further improve processes/controls. Provide high quality, accurate reporting The successful candidate should have to following:  2 to 5 years ' experience in a relevant field of work.  Experience in foreign exchange, international remittance, payment services, treasury management and cash management are required.  Master's degree from any discipline is required, however, finance and/or accountancy qualification is desirable  Previous working experience in a similar role within a payment institution will be considered as an added value About BRAC Saajan Exchange Ltd : We don't focus simply on what we do - we also care how we do it.
