Senior Payroll, HR & Benefits Executive £50k to £60k Bonus & Bens - City A leading Investment Firm based in the City seek an experienced Payroll Professional with a hybrid skill set that also includes Benefits ownership and HR. Reporting into the HR Manager this role will have full ownership of the UK and US payroll and be responsible for all benefits negotiations, renewals and processing along with HR project work. The role: Responsible for the processing of the monthly payroll (London) including Pension Scheme administration (monthly pension contributions, auto-enrolment of new starters etc.), Childcare Voucher scheme administration (monthly orders, Basic Earnings Assessments), Give As You Earn scheme administration (monthly contributions, queries, budget) Responsible for the monthly US payroll and liaison with the outsourced US payroll consultant Co-ordination of salary benchmarking data for annual reviews including liaison with managers Maintaining remuneration data for the London and US offices Preparation of letters to employees in relation to salary reviews and bonus awards (UK and US) and ensuring accurate records are updated and maintained; Maintenance of employee records in relation to benefits; Liaison with third party benefit providers, including administration, supporting annual review of suppliers Co-ordination of documentation for the annual appraisal process and information for the Remuneration Committee; Equity schemes (record maintenance, preparation of letters and associated documents); Reviewing and payment of US benefits on a monthly basis, ensuring all changes have been actioned; Preparation of P11d information for Finance and producing P11d's for all employees; Maintain up to date knowledge/awareness of benefits being offered in the market place to ensure Mondrian remains competitive. Skills and experience: Must have the relevant Payroll, Benefits and HR exposure, ideally from Financial/Professional Services Ideally be CIPP/CIPD PQ or qualified Strong Excel skill set Strong communication skills Pride themselves on attention to detail Team player
