About the role As a Pricing, Forecasting & Analytics Assistant Manager, your role will be to lead and develop pricing changes for Retail lending products, in particular Credit Card products. Furthermore you will be supporting the creation of the strategic plan with a particular focus on forecasting balance sheet movements based on expected customer behaviour and market trends. Key accountabilities Support delivery of opportunities and develop changes to pricing and propositions to influence balance movement and product mix. Provide the analytics to support risk appetite tracking, forecasting, plan performance management and funding requirements. Support the cultural transformation required across Retail Lending through a defined people strategy and encouraging a culture of continuous personal growth. Support the management of the Retail Lending P&L and Balance Sheet management. Deliver key management information, competitor and customer analytics. Knowledge, skills and experience required Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen. Good knowledge of the UK Financial Services marketplace, particularly Credit Card products. Technical expertise in analytical tools and techniques with strong Excel skills, SAS skills would be advantageous. Experience of pricing and forecasting lending products. Proven track record in stakeholder management. Strong communications / influencing skills evidenced through a number of techniques. Why Us? We are the bank for people with purpose.
