SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance and HR Manager to join a market leading business in Derbyshire on a permanent basis. Key duties and
responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the Accounting, human resources and administration - Advising on long-term business and financial planning - Reviewing all formal finance, HR and Admin related procedures - Construct and monitor reliable control systems - Responsible for preparing and closing books - Responsible for bookkeeping, debtors and creditors and investment, inventory with preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L statement and Cash Flow - Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, quarterly closings and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting - Coordinate audits, financial reporting and liase with external partners, legal advisors, tax advisors and banks - Maintain appropriate insurance coverage - Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts - Supervising expense reports - Responsible for HR and Payroll - Support in the change from external to in-house payroll - Manage HR administration processes - Leading the the team of Sales and Service Administration and Logistics - Ensure all administration processes Qualifications: - Experience in implementation of a new ERP-system preferably IFS - Experience in HR and Payroll - Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, investment and profitability analysis - Ability to deliver accurate results while working under time sensitive conditions with strong attention to details If this sounds like the role for you then please apply for immediate consideration.
