The Opportunity: RIG Healthcare have been operating in the healthcare market for over 14 years and were now one of the largest suppliers of Locum AHPs, Pharmacists and Doctors to the NHS. We currently have an opportunity for an outgoing customer service professional or experienced credit controller to join our credit control team based in Bromley. The main objective of this role is to deliver an effective, efficient and professional credit services function. The team environment is very friendly and supportive and there are always opportunities to learn from each other and improve processes. Full training on our systems and processes will be given. Day today activities typically involve the following duties: To recover outstanding cash on invoices across all RIG operating companies by using telephone, emails or letter in line with the RIG collections procedure To carry out credit checking when required To ensure that credit facilities are monitored and controlled effectively Processing and generating reminder letters and client statements Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices To ensure aged debt and disapproved debt is kept to a minimum by prioritising aged balances for collection and ensuring all queries are promptly resolved Highlight any accounts where there is cause for concern in terms of queries Assisting the Credit Manager with any ad hoc projects The Applicant: The ideal applicant will have a proven track record in credit control, preferably within the recruitment or healthcare industry but other industries will also be considered.
