I'm currently working with a professional services company based in the City who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team. The role will sit within the Purchase Ledger sub team and is part of wider finance team of 13. This role would be well suited to someone with strong attention to detail, and who is looking for a long-term role within Accounts Payable. Main duties: Processing and authorising invoices Dealing with all payment queries Processing employee expenses Weekly / Monthly payment runs Raising purchase orders Accounts Administration Requirements: 2 years' experience in a Purchase Ledger role Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Prior professional services sector experience advantageous For this role my client is looking at paying £23-26,000 dependant on experience.
