The Business Analyst

Salary:

This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to join an established Finance Department and will include both regular and ad hoc analysis as requested by CFO other senior board members. The successful candidate will be fully computer competent and able to understand and interrogate key data sources: including but not necessarily limited to Zonal (EPOS), Fourth Analytics (Data warehouse), Klipfolio (customer database). The main direction of the role is to provide succinct and clear insights in key commercial areas of the business, for example: Site profitability Sales trends and maturity Returns on investment for new openings, refurbishments and other capital projects Discounting and loyalty Pricing and menu management/ menu analysis Customer Relationship Management and effectiveness of email and other communications Labour productivity The perfect person: Experienced and capable user of Excel and Powerpoint Familiarity with databases and query tools Self starter and ability to work by yourself to develop analysis and models Commercial outlook and collaborative (eg with marketing, operations, property) Responsive and confident working with senior team members Attention to detail and high quality presentation of outputs Qualified accountant Experience with multi site or hospitality businesses - advantageous Sound like your next role?
