They currently have a rare opportunity for a highly analytical and commercial finance professional to join their group head office. With a dual reporting line to finance and HR, you will interact with Senior Stakeholders across the region to analyse HR and commercial data and refine incentive schemes, compensation and benefits programs and streamline new hire and severance processes. Duties include analyses and business partnering across the following areas; Remuneration policy People metrics Market Benchmarking Commercial Highly analytical and Commercial role with liaison with c-suite stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience as an analyst within a commercial or finance team, excellent excel and systems skills and polished communication skills.
