Credit Control Team Leader Loughborough up to £30,000 A rapidly expanding business based in the heart of Loughborough is seeking a Credit Control Team Leader to join their growing finance team. You will report directly to the Finance Controller and will be managing a team of 2 credit controllers. You will be responsible for: Producing collection forecasts and reporting to senior management Managing and developing the team of credit controllers Informing senior management of the debtor position and foreseeing any issues that may affect the debtors Taking ownership and being the credit control contact for the high-level accounts within the business Escalating any unpaid debts and beginning legal proceeding Analysing and developing credit control processes Weekly and Monthly invoice production runs You will have: 3 years' experience within a credit controller position A strong understanding of computer systems and software Team management skills Exceptional organisational and communication skills Numerically minded with the ability to spot errors Strong attention to detail This is an exceptional opportunity to further progress your career within an award-winning business.
