Assistant Manager - Credit Operations Location JHALAWAR Business/Function Not Specified Band E02 Job Reference JR00043172 Job Summary Assistant Manager - Credit Operations Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at HO in the area assigned. 2. Credit appraisal for RPL, RSL & Rural Doctor Loans files for the assigned location. 3. Conduct PD with the customers for HTS cases. 4. Assist collection / FCU team to identify intentional defaulters/fraud 5. Monitor & Maintain FEMI and 6MOB Delinquencies 6. Keeping delinquency under control. 7. Compliance of policy and processes 8. Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format 9. Market Research and Feedback for new product launch. 10. Feedback on credit policy based on market conditions. Required Qualifications and Experience CA / Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Credit Underwriting, Credit Process Any products. Mortgage preferred. Good conceptualization skills. Leadership and Team building skills. Knowledge of English & local language Good proficiency in Information Technology / MS Excel / MS Word etc.
