Join us on our journey of growth Job Description Managing end to end payroll activities for PAN India Ensuring 100 PERCENT compliance with respect to all the statutory obligations and filing ETDS returns Managing external payroll and compliance vendor to ensure payroll and statutory payment accuracy and on time payroll delivery Check and evaluate Gross to net calculation, conduct internal audits and maintain evidences Validation of Salary JV, provisions, SAP posting and monthly reconciliation with finance Managing payroll year end activities (investment proofs validation, form-16, reconciliation and filing IT returns etc.) Responsible to streamline final settlement process as per agreed SLA to remain compliant Development and implementation of payroll SOP throughout an organization Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ascertain service standards are maintained Handling internal and external audits/ inspection and prepare mitigation plan Partnering with other functions (finance, treasury and site HR) and leaders to handle payroll and statutory payments Internal stakeholders management and monthly meeting with site HRs for better alignment Managing expat employees and their taxation Providing education and learning to the internal team members High priority and ensuring effective solution to all the employees queries/tickets on ServiceNow as per agreed SLA Proactive approach in employee communication and managing payroll activities Instrumental in yearly budget preparation and validation of output Qualifications Master degree with minimum 10-12 years of work experience in managing payroll and statutory compliances at PAN India Function Human Resources Sub Function HR Payroll Reports To In process of validation Tevas Equal Employment Opportunity Commitment Teva Pharmaceuticals is committed to equal opportunity in employment.
