Your new role
They are looking for a FP&A Manager to lead a team of 6 direct reports. This commercial controlling position will be responsible for the Commercial Finance & Business Partners and fully accountable for driving the business from a commercial finance perspective. You will have opportunity to add value to the business, building relationships with all the internal parties such as senior management and departmental heads.

What you'll need to succeed
This role requires gravitas alongside FMCG experience and exposure. Proven leadership capabilities are essential, whilst a strong communication skill set will be exercised across a diverse finance team and large buying and pricing teams. You will be experienced with articulating the financial core to non-finance personnel with a strong appreciation for the operational complexity of multiple product lines and the respective logistical implications. You will enjoy aspiring to new targets and the journey of daily ambition and drive. A fully qualified accountant with a portfolio of experience and credibility will be imperative. A deep and broad understanding of FP&A and business partnering will provide a well-rounded core strength to enable versatility and adaptability as you collaborate to bring about this company's promising future.
