Financial Planning Manager job based in Surrey paying up to £50k

You will be working for an expanding not for profit organisation based in vibrant, modern offices in Surrey, reporting to a charismatic Finance Director.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing all management accounting functions and services, ensuring that the monthly management accounts provide all stakeholders with clear and informed analysis including key drivers behind current and future results, managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting. You will also ensure systems, processes and management information are developed and improved, and work with budget holders to ensure they receive the financial information, analysis and advice they need to manage their budgets.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA or ACA) with relevant management accounting and staff management experience. You will have a proven track record of improving processes and driving change, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
