Management Accountant

Experienced Management Accountant, fully qualified ACCA or CIMA/CGMA

The new opportunity of Management Accountant will see you working with a division of a leading national house builder with it's base located in Bedfordshire.

As the Management Accountant you will work closely with the Head of Finance covering a broad range of responsibilities which will include financial reporting and business forecasting and to provide support to rest of Finance team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and review the finance and reporting packs monthly
• Maintain and report quarterly 3 year forecast and business planning 5 year forecasting
• Identify both risk and opportunities to profit and cash
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts pack inclusive of reconciliations.
• Support the wider finance team

You will be a fully qualified accountant with excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications in particular Excel. Previous use of knowledge o Hyperion and Oracle would be an advantage but not essential. Along with this some practical understanding of Joint Venture accounting would also prove highly desirable.
